In the Darojković Promet Online Shop, the following payment methods are available (Croatian customers only):
1) General payment slip / bank transfer / internet banking
This payment method includes cash payment at a post office or bank, as well as payment to the business bank account of Darojković promet d.o.o. via internet banking. If you have not received the payment details at your email address, we recommend checking your SPAM/JUNK folder or calling +385 95 2756 158 to check the status of your reservation.
When selecting payment by general payment slip or bank transfer, the Customer will receive all necessary payment details at the email address provided in the order.
2) Credit cards (Croatian customers only):
One-time payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, Maestro
Installment payment (2–6 installments): for purchases exceeding HRK 400.00
Customers paying by credit card are automatically redirected during checkout to secure, SSL-protected pages where they enter the required credit card details.
Receipt of payment is considered completed when the payment is received in the bank account of Darojković promet d.o.o. or when the Customer’s credit card authorization is approved. Funds are usually visible in the Company’s account on the next business day, i.e. within 24–48 hours from the time of payment (excluding weekends, public holidays, and non-working days). Payments made on Fridays are most often visible on Mondays.
